The Session of UPC

UPC is governed by the Session, consisting of the Pastor, Associate Pastor, and fifteen Elders on active service. Elders are elected by the members of the congregation for a two-year term. In addition, one Youth Elder is elected for a one-year term. The Session is responsible for the setting the mission and policies of the church. Elders also head the various committees of the church, which provide opportunities for other members of the congregation to serve.

Session Meetings

The Session meets on the third Tuesday of every month (except July) at 7:00 pm in the Lawnridge Living Room. All members of the congregation are welcome to attend the meetings.
