Physical Wellness at UPC
Here at UPC we value the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - and because of this we believe offering opportunities for physical wellness is an important aspect of caring for our whole selves.

We are grateful to have a prayer labyrinth on our property. Walking the prayer labyrinth is an embodied prayer practice that seeks to provide time and space for us to mindfully pray through a rhythm of releasing, resting, and receiving.
We walk the labyrinth weekly on Saturdays at 10:30 AM and anyone is welcome to join us! However, the labyrinth is open for anyone to walk at any time as well.
You can find the prayer labyrinth behind Lawnridge Hall on our property. Have questions? Reach out to our Coordinator of Spirituality & Proclamation, Dr. Katelyn Hargrave.
